• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field

• 6+ years of progressively responsible project management experience in the energy industry including successful development through construction and financial closing of one or more renewable energy projects

• Must hold a valid driver's license

• Ability to quickly understand the basics of a variety of subjects relating to wind and solar energy, including resource studies, environmental and cultural studies, transmission issues, public relations, public policy, sales, and civil and electrical engineering

• Battery System Installation:Install and integrate high-voltage battery systems into electric vehicles, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
  

• Diagnostic Testing:Perform diagnostic tests to assess the performance, capacity, and overall health of EV battery packs using specialized equipment and software.
  

• Repair and Maintenance:Conduct repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks on battery components, including modules, cells, thermal management systems, and electronic controls.
  

• Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for handling high-voltage systems, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and lockout-tagout procedures.
  

• Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of battery installations, repairs, and diagnostic results. Generate reports detailing work performed and recommendations for further action.
  

• Project Planning and Coordination:Lead planning and execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  

• Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, controlling costs and expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Contract Negotiation:Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project requirements.
  

• Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  

• Quality Assurance:Oversee quality control processes, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds established standards and codes
  

• Automated Testing Development:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for software applications to ensure consistent and efficient testing.
  

• Integration of Automated Systems:Integrate automated testing solutions into the software development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline testing pipelines.
  

• Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD):Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, deployments, and testing processes for rapid and reliable releases.
  

• Scripting and Tool Development:Create scripts, tools, and utilities to enhance automation capabilities, improve testing efficiency, and support development workflows.
  

• Issue Tracking and Reporting:Monitor automated tests, analyze results, and report defects and issues to development teams. Collaborate on resolutions and ensure timely fixes.
  

• Project Oversight:Provide on-site leadership and direction to ensure construction projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  

• Team Management:Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  

• Quality Control:Monitor work quality and compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  

• Progress Reporting:Maintain detailed project logs, progress reports, and documentation. Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.
  

• Safety and Compliance:Enforce and uphold all safety regulations and procedures on the construction site. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  

• Software Development:Design, code, test, and debug software applications using programming languages and development tools to meet project requirements.

• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues, and other technical problems through systematic debugging and troubleshooting.
  

• Code Reviews and Testing:Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. Write and execute unit tests to validate software functionality.
