Project Planning and Coordination:Lead planning and execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, controlling costs and expenses throughout the project lifecycle.

Contract Negotiation:Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project requirements.

Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:Oversee quality control processes, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds established standards and codes

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field

6+ years of progressively responsible project management experience in the energy industry including successful development through construction and financial closing of one or more renewable energy projects

Must hold a valid driver's license

Ability to quickly understand the basics of a variety of subjects relating to wind and solar energy, including resource studies, environmental and cultural studies, transmission issues, public relations, public policy, sales, and civil and electrical engineering

Strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail

Technical Expertise and Problem-Solving:Provide technical guidance and expertise in construction methodologies, engineering principles, and problem-solving to overcome project challenges.

Team Supervision and Collaboration:Supervise and mentor project engineers and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project specifications.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:Oversee quality control processes, ensuring work meets or exceeds established standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
